Added biographies for T Austin-Sparks, C H Mackintosh, Dennis M Rokser.

Also added the 11 audio and video Creation messages given by Dennis Rokser at Duluth Bible Church. These are the opening messages on a series of messages on Genesis begun in 2017.

Added Good News > Growth > Principle of Position. Really good introduction to the scriptural perspective of Christian Standing and State, or using more recent terms, Position and Condition. This is the main handout of a 2016 series team taught in Holly Hills Bible Church. It is from chapter one of The Complete Green Letters by Miles J Stanford.

I have found the compilations of Christian writers done by Miles Stanford to be one of the best resources for understanding the ways of God with us as believers in our spiritual growth. The web page MilesJStanford.com has many of his publications.

Progress Update
Saturday, 12 May, 2018
Added the last 3 Content pages, for Categories, Titles, and Sources, Also revised a bit the Authors and Topics pages. Extensive testing was done with all the browsers available to me, and seems to be working ok. Hope it makes it a lot easier to navigate to the site pages.

Finished the unpublished page that generates from published pages the tables for these 5 Content pages. My goal was to have this automatically updated when a new page is added.

Progress Update

Added the Content page for Authors by their page titles, categories, and topics.
Progress Update
Saturday, 05 May, 2018
Have just finished creating the 2nd menu item for Content, Topics... Had a time with the Edge and Internet Explorer browsers... They do not handle the scroll into view smoothly the same as the standards dictate... All others, Mozilla Firefox, Opra, Chrome etc do it right... So settled for now with what does work consistently in all of them.

Hope it works well into the future, have a utility to generate the data displayed from each page as it is created. Should save many hours as add more content.

Now on to the Content, Authors item. Should go fast as have this template to use for it and the rest of the Content lists.

On Line At Last
Friday, 30 March, 2018
Finally have the site to a point can put it up on the web with lots to do but enough done to make a visit a bit worthwhile.

Now am looking at finishing some of the Content items so more of the items already loaded can easily be found.

Progress Update
Monday, 19 March, 2018

Added Blogs for Site, Gale, and Roy using WYSIWYG objects. Used info from my notes and our history in ToDoList Task based program going back many years.

This has been another adventure to revisit God's faithful and patient ways with us thru the years. Our hearts desire is only that His glory be revealed and praised.

Progress Update
Tuesday, 20 February, 2018

Have finished the bottom window now and it has the search option, so moving on to the content templates to use for messages etc. Looks promising, have been able to get this to easily work on ipads, iphones, android phones, pc, laptops, and even our tv. This program offers all the flexibility to make this possible, am so thankful.

Plan to work on the Blogs, Lists of Content, and then tie it all together with possible opening site on the web by end of March.

Bookmarks
Friday, 12 January, 2018

Finished Bookmark help and added it to bottom popup window, now on to the search option.

Bottom Window

I've been working on improving our web site with a program called WYSIWYG by Pablo for almost a year. It offers many features that are object based so just have to select and drop as desired and has the flexibility to add programming code like html, javascript, php, etc. Author has been very helpful when needed.

Goal remains to offer the best Bible study resources on the web for visitors to be made aware and benefit as God enables.

Hope to have our site ready before end of March.

Progress Update
Saturday, 02 December, 2017

Finished Comments Form, with modifications to allow the error and message sent windows to be on top of form instead of separate pages. Want to put access to  this into a bottom pop up window at some point. Lots of progress, in many areas have been completed. Believe will have this ready some time beginning of next year, as God leads and enables.

Progress Update
Friday, 12 May, 2017

Have begun to add the messages by Chester A McCalley to our site. This may take a while as there are many of them. Have plans for our trip in near future so may delay this a bit but it really looks good. One issue is the way sound and video objects handle the source content. But am confident will find solutions with a bit of patience. Content of messages is very good and believe will be used again as it has in the past to encourage and strengthen those who listen.

Progress Update
Sunday, 02 April, 2017

Wow, this WYSIWYG program is robust! Have the main page close to done, revised the Ocean Depths introduction and form of the content. Working thru how to display pages and menu formats. Many options so may take a bit of time to evaluate them. Have good news about our son and so want to visit him this summer if possible.

The program is working out well toward updating our site. Have left the site as is until can open it up with the features wanted. May take a while, but believe this is best to lay a good foundation so do not have to redo it in the future.

WYSIWYG program
Sunday, 19 March, 2017

Found program named WYSIWYG by Pablo. This is a simple object based program vs the HTML-Kit language based one I have been using. Much simpler and many options to explore.

Small celebration of Christmas this year. Have reduced size Christmas tree and did not have large family time as now have only Ruth living with us. Her ministry is a blessing to see. Child Evangelism Fellowship reaches many young hearts with God's Good News. Ruth is a comfort to us. We plan a trip this coming summer to see loved ones back east. No program yet for the site but have some hints that may work out.

Progress Update
Tuesday, 20 December, 2016

Looking back at the history of our site and the issues about not moving forward with it's content, has been an exercise to see God's hand in it. But He holds me to the truth of His eternal purposes that in all things He is building His body of believers in the way He has chosen to do.

Have finished the physical work on the property to a point for a bit of a rest, still have much that would like to do. No program found for advancing the site as of this brief note.

2016 Beginning Entry
Sunday, 03 January, 2016

Have no clear path ahead for the site but have lots of content ideas, believe should be as simple as possible, with likely an emphasis on being usable on the phone displays now accessing the internet. Most sites visited seem to be oriented to the pc and tablet size display. Have added the Chester McCalley teaching to my computer hard drive and explored other sources of Bible teaching to post as it becomes possible.

Progress Update
Thursday, 20 August, 2015

Spent time training a bit about the angelic conflict with the team going to Canada. Our trip there was certainly one of conflict with the elements. Fires blocked our way and yet God opened areas previously closed so the ministry was expanded quite a bit. My physical abilities are not as strong as in the past so likely I will not be able to return with them in the future.

Our site remains as is for now, still have not found program that fits the need. But am confident one will be found in God's time and way. Have continued to work thru several sources of content in preparation for being able to post it on our site.

2015 Beginning Entry
Saturday, 10 January, 2015

Have plans for our site now, but not to sure if this is the year to push them along. Need a bit of time to finish up with details of the past few years with care of my uncle and then my sister. So we shall see. Did manage to put together a late 2014 Christmas Letter and put it up on our site.

Progress Update
Saturday, 04 October, 2014

Well my sister is with our Savior now, she went to be with Him September 23rd. We have memorials to plan and changes to implement as far as her estate and property. A busy time as well as a time to reflect on what is really important and what is not. Good to do this often, but with the passing of one loved who you were unable to help, make the value of knowing God is in charge of all the details of life is reassuring.

Plans for site are on hold for now.

Progress Update
Friday, 01 August, 2014

Sent Gale Ruth and grandkids to pacific northwest for some rest and relaxation. They had a good time and was beneficial. Sister is not doing so well, have had to place her in assisted care facilities after the infections in her knee area came back and they tried to fix twice. No work done on site but some training done on dbase, have been thru this before but was good to refresh memory about how to use dbase systems.  May need for our site

Things are busy but while fixing our home for my sister and continuing to look for programs and sources for our site, came across some really promising ones. Need time to check them out though, and doubt will have much time to do so the way things are now.

Software has really changed in last few years, hope it will continue to do so for the web. Lots of Browser incompatibilities right now. That makes it hard to know the right way to code so the pages look consistently the same. To make it worse, now have hand held devices also doing their own thing as to how pages are displayed. Maybe it is a good thing I am not doing our pages right now.

Progress Update
Tuesday, 10 December, 2013

Well this year was very busy. Moved sister to an assisted living care home in Phoenix last Spring, sent The Lamb Cds to Canada because had to move sister during the times of the Canada trip. Took some training with CEF, Child Evangelism Fellowship. Was really good, and my daughter was one of my teachers, joy! In November, moved sister to our home in Denver. But worked over our home so she could be comfortable with access etc. Also made 2 storage areas for all her stuff, and anticipate setter up a craft room for her to use it all.

Because of these things no progress on made on the web site this year.

2013 Beginning Entry
Saturday, 12 January, 2013

Plans for this year are up in air except am planning trip to Canada again in summer, and likely several trips to Phoenix for sister. Have updated the John Cross Bible 101 series on our site. This is a really good series. And his publisher has given permission to make a cd of The Lamb to use this summer. Put this together in two forms, one with my Grandkids doing part of the voice narration and one without them. It turned out well and kids enjoyed being a part of this ministry I think.

Progress Update
Monday, 10 December, 2012

Put the 2012 Christmas Letter on our site. Had a time in summer in Canada to enjoy reaching out to hungry hearts. Met some really great Christians that appreciate values in harmony with God. Also Found the ministry of John Cross to potentially be of value to be used next year if possible.

Contacts with Good Seed look good to used The Lamb by John Cross as a tool next Summer in showing the Good News to those who would listen.

Used a picture of my wife and I on coast of Oregon on the Web site. And celebrated our 50th year of marriage on last week. Know the joy of seeing God at work in and through us even though have had a few rough years here on earth.

Continuing to look for good user friendly web program, preferably with objects instead of code as basis for putting it together. Have continued to put together older messages of Holly Hills Bible Church and get them up on web, with the excellent help of a few at the church.

My son and and his two children moved back in with us and have had a busy time back and forth to Phoenix helping sister with lots of things. She has medical needs now requiring interaction with Drs and plans for the future. So not a lot is planned for the site this year.

Progress Update
Monday, 30 April, 2007

Uncle needs settled, so have bit more time. Worked thru older HHBC series and posted with help from others in the church. Things have become fairly routine now in getting messages up on the HHBC site in about half hr to 45 min after the services. So my involvement will become less and less. And that may give me more time for our site.

Developed CD and DVD menu options for HHBC and made several samples up for evaluation and possible distribution as requested by those requesting them.

2007 Beginning Entry

HHBC access processes still in development, should be done soon. Set up Autohotkey program for church to use in the posting process of 3 Sunday School classes and 1 worship hr. Process taking about 1 hr now, believe can get this down to about half hr with proper steps documented. We are working together well in getting all the loose ends finished.

Restored most from backups. Set up 3 more computers for HHBC. Plans continue for HHBC site going live with weekly updates of messages. Looks close to being done.  Family issues have increased so my time is being limited by needs there.

Progress Update
Tuesday, 06 May, 2003

Purchased Flash programs Macromedia Studio MX for making user friendly videos. Plan to use for Biblical Faith series on HHBC and for our site too.  Easy to use, and possible would work into the church site process, but not sure, need time to evaluate functionality and process needed to make it work for our team at church. Suspect it is a bit too complicated to be easily incorporated.

Progress Update
Wednesday, 09 April, 2003

Gale in hospital for knee operations. All ok but taking time to heal. HHBC site table sorting work done.  PDF viewer work started for our site. Looks promising. May be best way to get text viewed the way the author wanted it seen. More work needed here before putting on web.

Have finished prototype form of site and put it on line in the basic form wanted. Much to add when have time.

Working on our church sound system procedures and it is about done. Turned over these responsibilities to younger men.  Is a process, but should be done before 2002 ends.

Have found lots of material to post on our site, hope to be able to do so soon but I am learning it is vital to keep priorities of family and ministry in balance. This is God's life and only His works abide with value. Thankful to God the Holy Spirit for showing me Christ and His ways in the Scriptures.

Began laying out our web site with program called HTML kit. It offers many user friendly tools to write in html, javascript, etc.  But the task is one that is going to be long term in nature. Possibly for the rest of my life on earth.

The beginnings include links on the left, content on right with headings and footings as needed. Simple as possible to start.

Progress Update
Monday, 20 November, 2017

The summer-fall trip was a long but very beneficial time with wife and family and friends along the way. About 5600 miles in all. Stops to see TGN station manager Don Rutledge in OK, Little People of America friends alone the way to LA where saw Great Grand children and families, and then on to see our son in Florida. Great visit with him and then on way back saw the Ark and that was an adventure all its own.

Did do some additions of sources along the way when had time on laptop. So the site revamp is coming along well.
